What people ask before they start.
Can we import our guest list from Excel?
Yes. Smart Import reads XLSX, XLS and CSV files in the browser. You see what is in the file and choose the sheets and columns before anything is imported.
Does it work in Arabic, right to left?
Yes. Every guest surface works in English and Arabic, right to left included, on the web and on the staff phone.
Can the guest experience carry our brand?
Yes. In Studio you set colours, logos and fonts once. The guest page, the ticket, the emails and the stage follow them, and changes stay a draft until you publish.
What happens at the door?
Staff scan the guest’s QR with a phone. The server checks the signed ticket once: the first scan admits the guest and counts the arrival at once. The same ticket again is never admitted twice, and staff see when and where it was first scanned.
Can our team run the night live?
Yes. Door staff, stage operators and organisers sign in to their own screens. Organisers watch registrations, arrivals and seats as they happen, and the Event Ops Copilot answers from the live event and changes nothing without confirmation.
Can we run a raffle?
Yes. The server draws from guests who arrived. The winner is held for the operator first, then revealed on the stage screen on cue. Each winner is drawn once, and every draw is logged.
Is it built for large corporate events?
Al Masaood’s National Day 2026 celebration runs on Bilberre with more than 2,700 employees on its guest list. Seats are claimed by the server in a transaction, so capacity is never exceeded.
How long does setup take?
About a minute. Start for free, name your lab, and it opens at its own address. Make your first event from scratch or from a template, and invite your team when you are ready.
What does the Free plan include, and what happens when I outgrow it?
One event with its own address, the full platform, and limits stated on the pricing table. When you need more, choose a plan from My Lab: your events, guests and team stay exactly as they are.
Do we get a report after the event?
Yes. Reports show registrations, arrivals across the night, the attendance rate and the busiest quarter-hour, and export as CSV.
How is our data handled?
Each lab runs with its own database, isolated from every other lab. A ticket is a signed token, never a guest’s email. Every consequential change is logged with who, when and what. A guest list file is read in your browser, and only the rows you confirm are imported.
